Quote by aikohI love the new colors you chose for the kimono and the beautiful textures make the fabric look quite real! The flatter coloring and new color scheme have changed the whole mood of the image to make it seem more like a traditional Japanese painting. I'm terribly jealous of your motivation and dedication!

Quote by Is it a coincidence that your name resembles that of a certain Prince of Tennis character's or am I just crazy?

You're almost there.Well, try remembering a certain 'genius' from the Saint Rudolph team.Since you spot my name....

But its 50/50 coincidental since I took Mizuki only. The Hajime part is my own addition...didn't know it actually belong to that guy. He's one of my fav.

Quote by aikohWhile it's not often I buy art books, it's not something that has been particularly difficult for me because most of what I do buy can be found in the manga section of the bookstore. Sometimes, if I am looking foran art book that is not likely to be licensed, I will just search on sites that sell import manga. Places like Nippon Export, Sasuga Books, and Kinokuniya usually have them, if I'm not mistaken. Anime conventions are also an excellent place to find art books at good prices.

Urgh, and now I'm reminded of my ultra-retarded decision not to buy that Prince of Tennis art book when I saw it at Nebraskon. (#_#)

hah thks alot for the info ^^ here in australia u cant find them and when u do the price is outta this world O.O

oh the prince of tennis artbook? do u mean the prince melody one? if it is then ive got it ^^ it is so good ^^ i luv that one and the one i got came with 2 free eps of prince of tennis ^^;; and its got character profiles and yer ^^

Quote by aikohI'm always happy to help a fellow fan! I suppose I feel a little lucky to live in the United States, I didn't think about how hard it might be to find anime merchandise elsewhere outside of Japan. Though, I know it's really popular in China, so I'm not surprised if you find any of the art books there ~ aren't there several different art books and a few fan books?

haha thks ^^ omg u ARE lucky you live in the USA thatz like the place which has the biggest english ver of manga and anime let alone on how u got anime cons and stuff >___>;; yer it is popular in china but it is all in chinese see thats why different language capitals = more manga there ^^'
